The Customer Relations Officer (Jakarta District) is a full-time, on-site position based in South Jakarta.

As a Customer Relations Officer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with prospective and existing clients, handling customer inquiries and needs, and ensuring a professional and positive client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Provide clear and professional information regarding the company's products and services.
• Assist clients throughout the onboarding process in accordance with company procedures.
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, complaints, and feedback professionally and effectively.
• Identify client needs and concerns and provide appropriate solutions or coordinate with the relevant internal teams when necessary.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients to support customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are handled efficiently.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data, communication records, and related documentation.
• Support programs and activities aimed at improving client retention and relationship development.
• Participate in regular training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Contribute to other customer relationship and business support activities as required.
• Demonstrate the potential to develop professionally and take on greater responsibilities within the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1), preferably in Business, Communication, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients.
• Strong customer-service orientation and good problem-solving skills.
• Able to handle customer inquiries, complaints, requests, and feedback professionally.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
• Good time-management and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) or similar productivity applications.
• Proactive, responsible, adaptable, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Willing to work Work From Office (WFO) in South Jakarta.
• Experience in Customer Relations, Customer Service, Sales, Account Management, or Client Relations is an advantage.
