The Customer Relations Officer (Jakarta District) is a Full-Time, Work From Office (WFO) position based in South Jakarta.

As a Customer Relations Officer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with prospective and existing clients, handling customer inquiries and needs, providing information about the company's products and services, and ensuring a professional and positive client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Provide clear and professional information regarding the company's products and services.
• Assist clients throughout the onboarding process in accordance with company procedures.
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, complaints, and feedback professionally and effectively.
• Identify client needs and concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure client needs are handled efficiently.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to support customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data, communication records, and related documentation.
• Support programs and activities aimed at improving client retention and relationship development.
• Prepare and maintain reports related to client communication and relationship activities.
• Participate in regular training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Support Customer Relations, Sales, and Business Development activities as required.
• Contribute to other client relationship initiatives and company programs when needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1), preferably in Business, Communication, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients.
• Strong customer-service orientation and good problem-solving skills.
• Able to handle customer inquiries, complaints, requests, and feedback professionally.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
• Good time-management and coordination skills.
• Comfortable communicating with clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, and face-to-face meetings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) or similar productivity applications.
• Proactive, responsible, adaptable, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Previous experience in Customer Relations, Customer Service, Sales, Account Management, or Client Relations is an advantage.
• Willing to work Work From Office (WFO) in South Jakarta.
