Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer with a strong background in branding, visual identity, and creative design. The ideal candidate has a refined design aesthetic, strong conceptual thinking, and the ability to turn creative ideas into impactful visual solutions.

This role involves leading design projects, maintaining high creative standards, and collaborating with the team to deliver high-quality visual materials across various platforms and industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of creative concepts and visual directions for branding and design projects.
• Create compelling visual assets, including brand identities, logos, brand guidelines, packaging, marketing materials, and digital designs.
• Develop high-quality graphic designs for both digital and print applications, including websites, promotional materials, brochures, signage, and advertisements.
• Ensure consistency in visual identity, typography, layout, and overall design quality across all projects.
• Collaborate with the creative team, project managers, and other departments to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions.
• Present creative concepts and design directions, incorporating feedback while maintaining strong design principles.
• Review and provide constructive feedback on designs to ensure they meet the company's creative standards.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
• Take ownership of assigned projects, from initial concept development through final execution.
• Mentor and support junior designers by sharing creative insights, technical knowledge, and design best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry developments to continuously improve creative output.
• Communicate directly with clients to understand project requirements, discuss creative concepts, present design solutions, and manage feedback throughout the design process.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with international clients to ensure expectations, timelines, and deliverables are well understood.

Requirements

• Minimum 4–5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within a creative agency or design studio.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, visual identity, and a variety of graphic design projects.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Good understanding of typography, composition, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to develop creative concepts independently and translate briefs into effective visual solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Spoken and written English to a high standard.
• Ability to take initiative, work independently, and make informed creative decisions.
• Experience working directly with international clients, preferably in a creative agency or design environment.
• Confident in communicating with foreign clients in English, both verbally and in writing.

Nice To Have

• Experience in brand strategy, logo development, and creating comprehensive brand guidelines.
• Knowledge of packaging design, editorial design, and print production.
• Familiarity with Figma and other digital design tools.
• Experience with motion graphics or basic video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or equivalent).
• Previous experience mentoring junior designers or leading creative projects.
• Experience working with international clients or across different industries.
