Job Title: Social Media Manager
Location: Hybrid – Based in Kerobokan, Bali

Role Overview

We’re looking for a talented and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our social presence across multiple platforms. In this role, you'll develop and execute high-impact campaigns, manage brand voice consistency, and grow engaged communities. You’ll collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and content teams to ensure our social strategy aligns with broader business goals.

This is a high ownership role perfect for someone proactive, detail oriented, and passionate about storytelling in the digital space.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of the brand: present products & campaigns, guide tutorials, share personal insights all with charisma and authenticity
• Work with design/video teams to storyboard short-form video ads and UGC-style content
• Develop and lead end-to-end social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
• Plan and manage the content calendar, ensuring timely and relevant posts aligned with brand tone and marketing objectives.
• Lead content production in collaboration with designers, photographers, and videographers.
• Analyze performance metrics and generate actionable insights to optimize engagement and growth.
• Stay on top of social trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to maintain a competitive edge.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, from briefing to performance reporting.
• Oversee community management, ensuring timely and meaningful interactions.
• Support influencer partnerships and UGC initiatives.
• Mentor junior team members or external freelancers where applicable.

Additional Experience We Value

• Previous experience working in a startup, agency, or creative business.
• Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
• Experience working with project management tools and social scheduling platforms (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Sprout).
• Proven ability to scale social accounts and drive measurable results (e.g., followers, CTR, ROI).
