Management Trainee – SalesJob Description

The Management Trainee – Sales program is a full-time, Work From Office (WFO) position based in Jakarta. This program is designed to prepare high-potential candidates for a professional career in Sales within the futures trading industry.

During the program, you will gain hands-on experience in sales operations, business development, and client relationship management while receiving structured training and mentorship from experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the company's Management Trainee program designed to develop future Sales professionals.
• Learn and understand the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, client engagement, presentations, negotiations, and closing.
• Conduct sales activities to acquire new clients through cold calling, meetings, presentations, networking, and other business development initiatives.
• Provide prospective clients with accurate information, consultation, and appropriate solutions regarding the company's products and services.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Perform consistent follow-ups with prospects to maximize conversion and achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to support business growth and company objectives.
• Prepare reports on sales activities, prospect development, and client acquisition progress.
• Be developed and evaluated for future placement in strategic roles within the Sales Department based on performance throughout the Management Trainee program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in any discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Service, or active involvement in student organizations will be considered an advantage.
• Strong interest in sales, business development, and client relationship management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Target-driven, highly motivated, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
• Proactive, resilient, and eager to learn and grow professionally.
• Willing to participate in the company's intensive training and development program.
• Comfortable working with sales targets, maintaining high mobility, and meeting clients regularly.

Domicile Requirements

• Applicants must currently reside in the Greater Jakarta area (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, or Bekasi) during the recruitment process.
• This position is only open to candidates who are actively domiciled in Jabodetabek at the time of application.
• Candidates currently residing outside Jabodetabek, including those planning to relocate after being hired, will not be considered.
• The company reserves the right to verify candidates' domicile during the recruitment process.
