Salary Range : IDR6,500,000 – IDR8,000,000

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities through client visits, cold calling, and outreach to companies within Eezee’s target industries, and propose partnership plans.
• Develop key and enterprise accounts in line with the Business Development Manager’s plan, while building strong relationships with buyers and potential clients to grow procurement spending through Eezee.
• Handle customer inquiries, including quotations, sourcing requests, general inquiries, and Sales Qualified Leads (SQL) from Eezee’s marketplace.
• Understand customer needs and prepare tailored solutions, sales presentations, and proposals to support their business objectives.
• Collaborate with the BD Buyer Team, Seller Account Team, and other internal teams to facilitate transactions and streamline procurement processes.
• Drive consistent sales growth, expand business opportunities, and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain account plans and monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Support the collection team in following up on client invoices and preparing required documents.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any discipline.

• 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or a related field.

• Fresh graduates with strong internship experience in sales or business development may also be considered.

• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) are a must.

• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Currently based in Batam or willing to move to Batam.
