FRONT OFFICE MANAGER – IZE CANGGU

We’re not looking for a traditional Front Office Manager.

IZE Canggu is entering a new chapter as a stylish, vibrant boutique hotel in the heart of Pererenan, and we’re looking for someone who can bring that energy to life.

We want a leader who sees Front Office as more than reception — someone who can build a team of natural hosts, connectors and local insiders who make guests feel genuinely welcome and part of the IZE experience. A friend to all who are staying, and a trusted tastemaker.

You’ll lead a highly visible, guest-focused team, shape the full guest journey, handle daily Front Office operations, coach and develop the team, drive natural upselling, and work closely with our restaurant, rooftop lounge and Camp 308 co working space.

We’re looking for someone who:

· Has 2–3 years’ Front Office or hotel operations experience.

· Have strong leadership skills and be comfortable leading from the floor, not only from the office.

· Is confident, outgoing and genuinely enjoys connecting with people.

· Knows Canggu, Pererenan and Bali well.

· Is strong in service recovery, training and team development.

· Brings fresh ideas and challenges traditional hospitality thinking.

· Experience in a lifestyle or boutique hotel environment is a strong advantage.

What will you do?

What will you do?

· Oversee Front Office operations and performance, ensuring smooth daily execution, accurate procedures and consistent service standards while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and the guest experience.

· Lead the Front Office team as hosts, connectors and community leaders, making sure guests always know who they can approach for anything they need.

· Create a Front Office experience that feels personal, relaxed and genuine, while maintaining strong professional standards.

· Lead service recovery when things don’t go as planned and empower the team to resolve issues quickly and thoughtfully.

· Drive upselling of, but not limited to, rooms, transportation, activities, laundry and hotel experiences through relevant and natural guest conversations.

· Monitor guest feedback across in-house interactions and online review platforms, identifying trends and working with the team to continuously improve the guest experience.

· Drive the loyalty program’s member acquisition and benefit implementation, ensuring the team actively introduces the program to eligible guests, consistently delivers member benefits, and identifies opportunities to strengthen guest engagement and loyalty throughout the stay.

· Champion the hotel’s sustainability standards, ensuring responsible practices are embedded into daily Front Office operations and reflected in how the team engages with guests.

· Work closely with the team at Camp 308, monitoring the co working guest experience, feedback and operational efficiency while looking for opportunities to connect the hotel and co working communities.

· Work with F&B and the wider hotel team to create opportunities for guests to meet, connect and experience the property, including events and activations.
