What you’ll do

We’re looking for a Field Engineer (Civil) to join our team.

This roles responsibility includes:

• Monitoring the construction Contractor’s planning and work, and advising the Contract Administrator on Contractor’s requests for information (RFI) and the field work instruction (FWI) procedures during construction

• Interpret and analyze engineering designs, blueprints, and specifications to ensure feasibility and compliance with project requirements.

• Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and smooth project execution.

• Ensure construction work conforms to applicable specifications, codes, and standards.

• Conduct thorough inspections and quality checks of completed construction tasks to ensure they align with design specifications and meet high-quality standards.

• Ensure project scope, budgets and schedules for construction are effectively communicated and met on projects.

• Mentoring and supervision of construction supervisors.

What you’ll have

• Minimum of 7-10 years’ experience a Field Engineer or similar role.
• Prior experience in mining industry and/or resources industry is advantageous
• Bachelor Degree (or higher) in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Piping, Instrumentation)
• Excellent communication skills.
• Work as part of a multi-discipline team.
