Qualification

• Maximum 45th
• Bachelor degree of economic, especially Tax major
• Minimum 3 years experience in the same job role
• Expert in Pph Pasal 21, 23, PPn, e-faktur, e-filling, e-billing, e-SPT, e-Bupot,
• Willing to do overtime when needed

Job Desc:

• Maintain bank account.
• Update Incoming money every day and email to the sales admin and store.
• Prepare a weekly budget, ready every Wednesday for transfer.
• Email proof of transfer and E-Bupot (if any) to the supplier for transfers that have been released
• Make proof of transfer or E-Bupot PPh clause 23 (services) every time there is a payment.
• Invoice that subjected to Income Tax Clause 21 before 10th every month, it is emailed to the consultant to make a Billing Code.
• Prepare the payment of clause 23 and clause 21 income tax (invoice) before 10th every month.
• Report online PPh clause 23 before 20th each month.
• Create a tax invoice for local sales.
• Create a SPT PPn (PEB & PPN) report, then input it in the E-Invoice to be reported online at the end of each month (invoice data from sales admin, PEB data from logistics, input tax invoice data and PIB from suppliers, tax invoice data output from transactions acceptance from customers).
• Email CGS to the logistics team after completing the cash flow (specifically for purchasing finished goods and semi-finished goods).
• Email the store manager every 3 months for reports on incoming Living and Casa along with tax invoices.
• Filing of letters related to finance, taxation and bank transaction notes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rp400,000,000 - Rp550,000,000 per month
