We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our expansion, revenue growth, and market penetration efforts. You will design and execute strategies to identify new opportunities, analyze markets and competitors, build strong client relationships, and close profitable deals. This role directly contributes to achieving sales targets and long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Opportunity Identification

• Develop and implement business development strategies to identify and pursue new market opportunities, partnerships, and clients
• Define and prioritize target markets and segments aligned with company goals
• Conduct ongoing market research to spot trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities

2. Market & Competitive Analysis

• Analyze market dynamics, industry trends, and customer behavior
• Perform competitive analysis to benchmark offerings, pricing, and positioning
• Provide actionable insights to management for strategic decision-making

3. Client Relationship Management

• Build, nurture, and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing and potential clients
• Engage with key decision-makers, fully understand their business challenges, and position tailored solutions
• Act as the primary point of contact to ensure high satisfaction and long-term retention

4. Revenue & Sales Delivery

• Drive revenue growth by generating qualified leads, advancing opportunities, and closing new business
• Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and agreements while protecting company interests
• Meet or exceed assigned sales and revenue targets consistently

5. Communication & Proposals

• Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches to clients and stakeholders
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, operations) to deliver solutions
• Maintain clear reporting on pipeline, progress, and market feedback

6. General Duties

• Perform other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by senior management
