We are looking for a passionate and skilled Bartender to join our fine dining steakhouse team. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of classic cocktails, wines, and premium beverages, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards
• Create classic and signature cocktails with consistency and attention to detail
• Provide excellent guest service and engage with guests professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Ensure proper stock control, inventory, and daily bar preparation
• Recommend drinks, wines, and pairings that complement steakhouse menu offerings
• Follow hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards
• Work closely with service team to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Bartender, preferably in fine dining or upscale restaurant
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beverage service
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Well-groomed, professional, and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with strong attention to detail
• Good English communication skills preferred
• Ability to join on July 2026
