Job Purpose

Acts as a primary point of contact for our customers/sellers. Providing exceptional services and supports to ensure their orders can be executed with great satisfaction.

How You Make an Impact (Job Accountabilities)

• Provide front-line support to our customers via live chats, phones, and email.
• Receive, process, and schedule customer orders and changes, ensuring timely communication across teams.
• Coordinate with other departments to support order fulfillment, sample requests, and general customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with Supply Planner or Warehouse & Logistics teams to maintain accurate scheduling and order status updates.
• Provide back-up support to other members when needed.
• Participate in special projects or assignments as required.

What You Bring to the Role (Job Qualifications / Education / Skills / Requirements / Capabilities)

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2-5 years of experience in customer service, order management, or a related operational role.
• Strong understanding of customer service processes, documentation, and internal controls.

Competencies Desired

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. SAP is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills when dealing with customers and internal teams.
• Familiarity with logistics, supply chain coordination, and order processing workflows.
• A logical and analytical approach to problem-solving.
• Service mind, Humble, respectful, and professional—demonstrates courtesy towards, stakeholders, and colleagues.
