About the Role

We are building AI tools to help people navigate and excel in their careers, and we're looking for a certified Career Coach to lend their expertise to our product development. In this role, you'll bring your real-world coaching knowledge to help guide how our product supports users on their career journey—shaping a product that is genuinely insightful, empathetic, and effective.

This is a coaching-expertise role. You won't be building software—you'll be the human expertise that helps make our product smarter and more helpful for the people who rely on it. Depending on business needs, you will be expected to work 5 – 10 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with our product team to design innovative solutions that tackle real challenges people face in their careers
• Bring your coaching expertise to help guide product direction and shape the user experience
• Help define what great career support looks like and ensure the product reflects it
• Surface gaps, opportunities, and blind spots, and work with the team to address them
• Contribute frameworks and best practices that strengthen the product and elevate the user experience

Requirements

• A recognized career-coaching certification (e.g. ICF, or an equivalent accredited coaching credential)
• Proven experience as a career coach, guiding clients on career direction, goals, and development
• Strong judgment about what makes coaching effective, actionable, and empowering
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to evaluate guidance critically
• Clear communication skills and the ability to articulate your reasoning both verbally and in writing
• Interest in AI and contributing your expertise to building great products (no technical skills required)
• Consistent, reliable, and collaborative approach to your work
• Master's degree in a relevant field (preferred)
