APPRENTICE – BATAM

Job Purpose: Provide day-to-day support for Freight Forwarding Operation Team in Batam and West & North Region

Key Tasks

• Under close guidance and supervision, provide administrative support on processes and activities for export and import operation.
• Perform generally repetitive routine activity such as shipment document arrangement.
• Manage communication with internal stakeholder as required

Skills & Requirement

• Ms Office Suite specially Excel, Power Point and Outlook
• Well versed of written & verbal English
• Good time management and self-discipline
• Good communication skill

Qualifications & Key Requirements

• Education Level: Fresh graduates from University – logistics or supply chain background will be prioritized
• Experience Level: Organizational & internship experience
• Apprenticeship Period: Ready to commit for 6-12 months

Location: A Batam residents or surrounding
