About The Role

• Scheduling and coordinating patient interactions
• Supporting patient education and therapy device training using approved materials
• Conducting patient follow-up activities
• Assisting with documentation and reporting of program activities
• Supporting capture and escalation of adverse events (AE), product complaints (PC), or relevant patient feedback according to company procedures

Who You Are

• Fresh graduate Nurse (D3/S1 Nursing or Ners)
• Active STR (professional registration letter)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable providing patient education and injection/device training
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Willing to travel for patient visits when required
