Role Description


Green School Bali is looking for a passionate and experienced Information & Technology (IT) Staff for our Green School Community to engage with our students, teachers, parents and community in a holistic relationship and hands on in providing technical support, maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring the smooth functioning of computer systems within an organization.


This positions also responsible for addressing user issues, installing and configuring hardware and software, managing networks, and implementing IT security measures. In the meantime, it's also contributes to the overall productivity, reliability, and security of the organization's IT environment.


AS A PROFESSIONAL IT STAFF ARE YOU?

Key Responsibilities


  • Provide daily technical support to internal users regarding software, hardware.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software, including system and application updates.
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance on hardware and software to prevent damage and disruptions.
  • Provide basic training to users on the use of software and hardware, as well as IT security policies.
  • Manage and monitor information security, including updating security software, managing access permissions, and protecting sensitive data.
  • Maintain accurate system documentation, including hardware specifications, network configurations, and corrective actions.
  • Deliver status reports and improvement recommendations to IT management on a regular basis

  • Be able to identify situations that may place a member of the school community at risk.
  • Report any knowledge or concerns about possible abuse or maltreatment.
  • Maintain the highest levels of personal and professional conduct, face to face and online.
  • Treat all students with fairness, honesty, dignity, and respect.
  • Avoid language or behavior that devalues the importance of safeguarding.
  • Only use school-approved online platforms.
  • Discourage and report any infatuation (unwanted or over-attentive behavior) of a student towards you or another staff member.
  • Organize your work and the workplace to minimize any potential safeguarding risks, including always being as visible as possible to other adults when working with students face to face and online.

Requirements

  • Indonesian
  • Must hold at least a Vocational High School (SMK) in IT Major or a Bachelor degree
  • Must have experience as a IT staff for a minimum of 2 years.
  • Must not have any previous criminal convictions (legally required).
  • Must not have any Child Protection concerns on file at previous schools or workplaces.
  • Must be able to provide an original copy of certifications, transcripts, diploma and/or degrees (legally required).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
