Position Summary

As a Barista (All-Rounder), you are responsible for delivering high-quality coffee, beverages, and food while creating a warm and welcoming guest experience. You will ensure efficient daily café operations, maintain cleanliness, and support both the café and venue team to provide exceptional hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and light food according to company recipes and quality standards.
• Welcome guests with a friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments using the POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, dining area, equipment, and back-of-house.
• Restock ingredients, packaging, and supplies throughout the shift.
• Perform opening, closing, and daily operational checklists.
• Monitor product quality, freshness, and stock levels, reporting shortages when necessary.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards at all times.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve basic complaints professionally.
• Support teammates and assist other operational areas when required.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and service-oriented team culture.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Barista or in Food & Beverage service is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of espresso preparation, milk steaming, and coffee beverages.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, reliable, and willing to learn.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and shift schedules.
• Good personal grooming and professional appearance.
