Logistics & Procurement Coordinator — Wellness by Solace
Pay: IDR 7,000,000 – 15,000,000 per month

Wellness by Solace is a luxury wellness equipment company. Our products are found in luxury homes, villas, resorts, gyms, spas, and residential developments across Indonesia and internationally.

The Role

We’re looking for a highly proactive & organized Logistics & Procurement Coordinator. You’ll own our international import/export and local logistics operations, from start to finish and run our procurement process alongside them.

We’re an AI-first, high-ownership team, and your work will be visible to operations leadership. AI will be central to your daily work: researching regulations, preparing documentation, comparing supplier quotes, planning shipments, and building more efficient workflows.

What You’ll Do

Logistics

• Pre-plan and map all local, import, and export shipments
• Spot and reduce shipping risks early
• Coordinate with suppliers, forwarders, transporters, and customs agents
• Keep up to date on import and export regulations
• Align shipments with inventory and installation schedules
• Maintain shipment, customs, and compliance documents
• Build and maintain logistics checklists and SOPs
• Escalate risks with clear solutions

Procurement

• Source and evaluate local and international suppliers
• Request quotations and negotiate terms
• Prepare and track purchase orders
• Maintain vendor, contract, and purchase records
• Match procurement timelines to shipping lead times

Who We’re Looking For

• Hands-on with AI tools for research, documentation, and workflow efficiency
• Logistics or supply chain experience with direct import and export work
• Knowledge of customs, HS codes, Incoterms, and shipping documents
• Strong end-to-end shipment planning skills
• Procurement experience
• Comfortable with supplier management and negotiation
• Detail-oriented and proactive
• Clear communicator
• Fluent in English and Indonesian
• Based in Bali or willing to relocate
