We serve Japanese tea & matcha, loose leaf tea and sweets. In the middle of busy districts, we are the oasis for people to have peaceful atmosphere, people gather and share their time over a specialty tea, coffee and matcha.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare, brew & serve tea and matcha drink
- Prepare & cleaning tea bar area
- Communicate in friendly manners with customers
- Communicate in a good way with other team members
- Day to day operational, operate cashier system
- Upselling matcha and tea products
Requirements:
- Have basic knowledge about tea
- 1-2 years experience in fast moving (chain) café/ tea shop
- Good grooming and good communication skills (incl. English)
- Confident, friendly, you love to talk to people
- Willing to learn and passionate about tea
- Fluent in English
- Good communication skills, confident
- Organize, high hygiene standard, good grooming standard
