We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager for a direct hire opportunity in the food and beverage production industry. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for a food safety and quality professional with strong regulatory knowledge, audit expertise, and a passion for continuous improvement in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

The Quality Assurance Manager will lead Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions, oversee compliance with SQF, HACCP, USDA, FDA, Organic, and Halal requirements, and help ensure safe, high-quality products. This role offers the opportunity to make a direct operational impact while working with cross-functional teams, executive leadership, and a dedicated quality team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain SQF, HACCP, food safety systems, quality standards, and regulatory compliance programs.
• Oversee GMPs, SSOPs, allergen controls, supplier approvals, customer complaints, sanitation standards, and employee training programs.
• Serve as the primary contact for USDA, FDA, and third-party audits, ensuring ongoing audit readiness.
• Coordinate microbiological testing, review results, investigate issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure product labels, specifications, formulations, and nutritional documentation comply with regulatory requirements.
• Supervise, coach, train, and manage performance for the SQF Practitioner and Quality Control Technicians.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range: $120,000 to $150,000 per year.
• Job type: Direct hire.
