Job Summary
Pick Up Phone Pick up unattended incoming call. No more than 3 rings
Stand by during break for incoming call 1 hour break/SC/Day
Prepare morning briefing

  • Pick up report should be updated in the board on daily basis, before 08.30 hours.
  • Print daily pick up and Keraton post for DOSM, all to be ready before 08.30 hours.

Business updates
  • 3 business updates per SC/Trainee (Finance, Corporate/Company’s Business updates, diplomatic visits, etc). Business updates should be sent before 08.30 hours on daily basis (report can be sent a night prior to the day).
  • Source should be trusted sources from internet / newspaper / magazine, local or international.
  • Company address should be stated below the business updates.

Telemarketing
  • 5 Telemarketing per day per SC.
  • Qualifying new accounts and get contacts to gain event / group / transient leads, source could be from news business updates, blitz report.
  • Telemarketing report in excel sheet in global folder before 18.00 hours on daily basis.
  • (Irwan will supervise the telemarketing)

Quotation & Agreement Letter
  • To assist sales for quotation and agreement letter for event, group or corporate agreement letter.

ISAC / CI/TY
  • Assist sales to submit event / group in ISAC or CI/TY.
  • Assist sales before GRC Meeting every Monday by pulling out the report from the system (report should be ready at 09.00 AM every Monday)

Reader Board / Scouting through phone
  • Reader board every Tuesday and Wednesday .
  • Reader board report from RCPP, Raffles, Kempinski, Mandarin Oriental, Pullman, Fairmont.
  • Report should be done before 12.00 hours on the day

Sales Activities Support sales to prepare sales activities needs for blitz / daily sales call / corporate dinners(Eg. Prepare cakes, preparations for dinners, stand by for guest registration during sales event, etc)
General Admins To prepare every general admin in the office (Eg. Forms, printings, special projects, travel authorization, travel expenses reports, etc) SC to advise the sales whenever SC leave the office Direct email to client should be done by sales, unless SC advised to do so. Face to face meetings should be done by sales, unless SC advised to do so. SC is not required to attend any sales meeting, unless advised to do so.
