Position Description

A position in Trade and Credit Operations within Fulfillment, Services and Operations handling Trade Finance transaction processing including its internal and external reporting. Besides handling the daily process, the associate is also responsible to handle client services and communication related to Trade Operations. Reporting to Department Head and should take any works assigned.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process daily transactions. Ensure all transactions are processed in timely manner as per SLA and accurately as possible, in accordance to the company’s internal policies and local regulations.
  • Ensure the required reports are prepared timely and accurately and submitted within the required timeline.
  • Regulatory reporting
  • Internal reporting
  • Client reporting
  • Manage operational risk to maximize operational control effectiveness and profitability, while minimizing risk. Proactively identify, debate, address and escalate any deviations/issues on immediate basis. Perform and Monitor periodical reconciliations. Escalate and resolve exceptions.
  • Work closely with business partners on complex transactions by providing professional operational solutions to achieve client satisfaction
  • Drive change initiatives for process optimization and system enhancement, as well as technical and operations changes.
  • Understand local regulatory environment and support various ad-hoc regulatory requirements and inspections
  • Ensure that the company delivers services and execution that meet market-leading standards
  • Constantly look for avenues of improvement-people, process, controls, customer service and strategic cost management initiatives

Key Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor degree
  • 2-3 years of experiences in Trade Operations
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication.
  • Being comfortable with change and adjust to changing demands and requirements
  • Strong team player and client focused
  • Demonstrate energy and drive
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and creative thinking
