Identify business opportunities and subsequently market the business in order to obtain foothold in the waste management business with emphasis on Oil & Gas Industry. Foster good relationship with both clients and partners in order to improve organization’s market position and achieve financial growth in Environmental Services especially in Waste Management business.


  • Min. Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Environmental Science / Environmental Engineering or related disciplines from reputable university
  • Min. 7 – 10 years experiences in Environmental or Waste Management Services for Oil & Gas industry with 3 – 5 years in a strategic operational and/or managerial function.
  • Familiar with ISO 14001 Environmental management System processes
  • Self-motivated and able to think strategically
  • Strong networking, communication and presentation skill
  • Strong working knowledge of waste management in oil & gas industry: Thermal Desorption (TDU/Incinerator); drilling cutting treatment, collection, transportation; overboard discharge (drilling mud & cutting); co-processing; waste water treatment; segregation, mixing, shredding, blending; and tank cleaning services
  • Self motivated
  • Strong commercial awareness


  • Establish long-term professional relationships with potential clients and partners (for example in industry associations) to promote the organisation’s products and services and ensure the organization receives and delivers services excellence
  • Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and manage business opportunities, for example sales, projects, consulting engagements, partnerships, alliances, mergers, or acquisitions that will contribute to the organisation’s short and long-term business goals
  • Lead meetings and negotiations with potential clients and business partners to pursue business opportunities and protect the organisation’s business interests
  • Review, analyze and evaluate commercial and technical bid for all subcontractors/vender proposal as well as review the terms and conditions in subcontractor/vender RFQ packages to ensure all commercial and technical bid evaluations are completed and comply with the head contract
  • Gain insights to market dynamics & intelligence such as price point, competitors, opportunities, market gaps & project pipelines in the region to be utilized in the business and strategic planning process
  • Identify & communicate to Reksabumi’s Management Team key information sources for market intelligence and utilise this in the business; opportunities, competitors, depth of market, project pipeline, strategic planning
  • Maintain awareness on governmental legislation and environmental issue that may hindrance the implementation/execution of Reksabumi’s projects, plan and strategy
  • Liaise and contribute to the operation team and base management team in Sorong & Tanjung Batu to develop, plan, specify, and deliver waste management services which is consistent to the organization’s overall mission, vision, and long-term objectives in order to meet the targets timely.
  • Monitor and review performance of environmental services business together with Reksabumi’s Operation Manager to assess success and communicates delivery against metrics to the management team
  • Manage stakeholder engagement on all environmental issues in the region to include Community, Government and NGO representatives together with External Affairs Manager
  • Provide leadership necessary to ensure that employees and any contractors adhere to environmental standards that meet or exceed industry standards and any applicable legislation
  • Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop subordinates to ensure that the team’s resources are used effectively and that work schedules and targets are met.
  • Maintain and implement HSE programs and ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements.
