Role Description

We are expanding our presence in Indonesia and are seeking passionate professionals to join our Surabaya branch.

• Education Counsellors (2 Positions Available - Surabaya Indonesia)
• As an Education Counsellor, you will provide one-on-one counselling to prospective students, offering career guidance, course selection advice, visa support, pre-departure briefings, manage OSHC/OVHC arrangements, and other student-related services. You will work closely with the Branch Manager and team to ensure students receive accurate information and a positive, stress-free journey to Australia.

Qualifications

• Experience in educational counseling and international student placement services. Minimum 1-2 years experience.
• Knowledge of visa processing, OSHC/OVHC, and migration services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English and Bahasa Indonesia required).
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with the Australian education system and international student needs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, or a related field.
