About the Role

We're hiring a Media Buyer to join Trident Digital full-time.

If you love digging into ad data, figuring out what's working, and turning that into better results—this might be the role for you.

What we do

Trident Digital helps financial advisors and real estate producers build authority and generate real business online. We handle the full picture: positioning, content, brand, lead generation, and paid ads.

Paid acquisition is one of the core ways we drive results for our clients. This role sits right in the middle of that.

What you'll be doing

• Run and optimise paid campaigns on Meta (primary) and YouTube
• Analyse performance and make clear decisions—not just pulling numbers, but knowing what they mean and what to do next
• Write copy briefs for ads and landing pages that give the creative team clear direction (angles, hooks, structure, CTA)
• Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to make sure ad content and campaign goals are aligned
• Know your way around landing page builders—Elementor, WordPress, or similar—enough to spot issues and suggest improvements
• Update clients on campaign performance with your own take on what's working and what needs to change

What we're looking for

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads. YouTube is a plus.
• You can look at a campaign and explain why something isn't performing—and what you'd do about it
• You can put together a clear, useful brief that a copywriter or designer can actually work from
• You're comfortable enough with landing page structure to have an informed opinion on what should change
• Familiar with GoHighLevel, or quick to learn new tools
• Good written English — you'll be communicating with clients and the team regularly
• Organised and able to handle multiple campaigns running at the same time
• Open to feedback and willing to grow with the team
