Customer Relations / Client Acquisition OfficerAbout the Role

We are looking for a customer-oriented and highly communicative Customer Relations / Client Acquisition Officer to join our team on a full-time basis.

In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, providing professional consultations regarding the company's products and services, and supporting customer acquisition initiatives within the futures trading industry.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with prospective clients through phone calls, chat platforms, and face-to-face meetings using the company's database.
• Provide professional information and consultation regarding the company's products and services in the futures trading industry.
• Build, maintain, and develop long-term relationships with prospective and active clients.
• Respond to client inquiries, needs, and concerns by providing professional and effective solutions.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to achieve customer acquisition targets.
• Present the company's products, trading mechanisms, and service advantages in an informative and persuasive manner.
• Deliver excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
• Ensure client records, follow-up activities, and customer databases are maintained accurately and updated regularly.

Qualifications

• Minimum education requirement: High School/Vocational High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent. Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) is an advantage.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Relations, Customer Service, Sales, Business Development, or related roles.
• Professional appearance with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, and target-driven environment.
• Quick learner with strong initiative, high motivation, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Willing to work toward individual and team targets aligned with company objectives.
• Previous experience as a Sales Consultant, Account Executive, Telesales Representative, Relationship Officer, Client Acquisition Officer, or a similar role will be a strong advantage.

Compensation
