• Overseeing the implementation of cleaning and sanitation activities in the production lines.
• Reviewing the cleaning & sanitation validation and verification result.
• Propose and conduct improvement program for cleaning & sanitation implementation and hygienic design.
• Conducting cleaning & sanitation training to production line operators
• Conducting pathogen monitoring
• Set regular cleaning & sanitation schedule
