Qualification

• Associate Degree (D3) / Bachelor's Degree (S1) / Fresh Graduates welcome to apply!
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Understanding of Business Process Diagram
• Solid knowledge of SCRUM methodology
• Strong communication skill
• High level of commitment to completing project in alignment with the company strategy, procedure, and objective
• Capable of preparing and planning processes effectively
• Able to document tasks accurately and efficiently
• Placement in Malang with a hybrid work setup (WFO & WFH) for 6 months

Job Responsibilities

• Accurately take meeting minutes and create business process documentation.
• Ensure project progress tracking aligns with timelines and planning.
• Support the Project Manager in coordinating with clients and evaluating needs.
• Analyze, collect data, and prepare project report.
• Assist in planning and evaluating operational activities for optimization.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
