Job Description:

As the SEO and Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing our existing website, which has been established for over a decade, to enhance its SEO performance and online visibility. You will develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new customers, engage our target audience, and promote our brand across various digital channels. Your role will also involve content creation, proactive marketing, strategic planning, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• SEO Optimization:
• Conduct comprehensive audits of our website to identify areas for improvement in search engine rankings.
• Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies, including keyword research, meta tags, link building, and content optimization.
• Monitor and analyze website traffic, search engine rankings, and other relevant metrics to measure the effectiveness of SEO efforts.
• Content Creation & Management:
• Develop engaging and SEO-friendly content for our website, blog, and social media platforms that aligns with our brand voice and target audience.
• Create and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely publication of content across all channels.
• Collaborate with designers and copywriters to produce high-quality marketing materials that reflect the style and quality of our furniture.
• Social Media Marketing:
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor social media trends, identify opportunities for engagement, and create content that resonates with our audience.
• Utilize paid advertising on social media to drive traffic and conversions.
• Proactive Marketing & Strategic Planning:
• Identify and explore new marketing opportunities, including partnerships, influencer collaborations, and online forums, to increase brand visibility and reach.
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns that align with business goals and target market.
• Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities.
• Community Engagement:
• Actively participate in online forums, discussion groups, and communities related to furniture, interior design, and home improvement to build brand authority and drive traffic to our website.
• Engage with potential customers and influencers online to foster relationships and promote our products.
• Performance Analysis & Reporting:
• Regularly report on the effectiveness of SEO and marketing efforts, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:
