Scheduling the executive appointments, maintaining an events calendar and sending reminders.
Maintained and organize Director’s calendar for appointments, meeting and travels.
Drafting business letters and keep accurate records.
Managed and arranged expenses report, for a reimbursement payment, such as entertaining the Director's client, paying the Director's medical bills, and making a cash advance.
Supervised and produced material for the business's social media pages, including Instagram stories and feeds.
Arranged and managed office activities such as the company’s anniversary event, Director’s Birthday surprises, Management meetings, The company's event is related to gathering all employees, etc.
Organize meeting with C-Level member or other external parties.
Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence (e-mails, letters, packages).
Maintain executive documents and ensure information is well organized and can be accessed whenever needed.
Answer phone calls, take notes/message.
Maintain good relationship with the executive and clients.
Minimum 3-4 years of proven work experience as a secretary or personal assistant.
Experience in managed company social media such as content reels, feed Instagram and company events.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Able to communicate in English (Spoken & Written).
Having great communication and proactive attitude.
Excellent in administrative, teamwork and time management.
