• Analyze trends in operating conditions and the results of previous and ongoing product analysis.
• Identify potential process problems based on analysis of operating conditions and equipment conditions in the field.
• Check the condition of Plant 1/2 and all equipment used, including related utilities.
• Monitor tank level movements for raw materials, products, and by-products to ensure they are in accordance with desired standards.
• Implement all regulations and change instructions related to operations at Plant 1/2.
• Report all operating conditions through available forms and other media.
• Maintain work synergy between related plants Ensure subordinates use safety equipment properly and correctly in carrying out their work.
• Monitor a healthy and clean work environment in accordance with 5R1SQuM and ensure the plant is running safely.
• Ensure emergency equipment in the area of responsibility is available.

Job Requirement :

• Min Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent
• Having min 3 years of working experience as Process Shift Leader at Oleochemical industries
• Good in analytical thinking
• Willing to be located in Medan - PT SOCI MAS
