Business Development StaffJob Description

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to support the company's growth objectives.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with prospective clients, existing clients, and business partners.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and potential business opportunities.
• Reach out to prospects through phone calls, chat, email, and face-to-face meetings.
• Present and provide information about the company's products and services within the futures trading industry.
• Develop client acquisition strategies and collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, and other related departments to achieve business targets.
• Conduct initial negotiations with prospective clients and ensure proper follow-up throughout the business development process.
• Prepare regular reports on business development activities, prospect pipelines, and performance achievements.
• Achieve business development and client acquisition targets established by the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Senior High School/Vocational High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
• Previous experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Customer Relations, or a related role is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
