We are looking for a creative and passionate Social Media & Content Creator to join our growing hospitality group in Ubud, Bali.

You will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content that showcases our hotels, villas, restaurants, guest experiences, and brand identity. If you enjoy photography, videography, editing, and creating engaging social media content, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality photo and video content for our hotels, villas, restaurants, and guest experiences.
• Capture professional photography and videography for marketing purposes.
• Edit photos and videos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Create engaging Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, and YouTube Shorts.
• Manage and update the company's social media accounts consistently.
• Plan creative content that increases engagement and brand awareness.
• Cover hotel events, promotions, guest activities, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to execute marketing campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and content ideas.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity across all company brands.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Social Media & Content Creator or similar role.
• Strong skills in photography and videography.
• Excellent photo and video editing skills using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
• Experience managing Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
• Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and visual storytelling.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.
• Hospitality, hotel, villa, restaurant, tourism, or lifestyle industry experience is an advantage.
• Must provide a portfolio or examples of previous work.

Preferred Qualifications (Plus Points):

• Experience operating a drone for aerial photography and videography.
• Drone certification is an advantage, but candidates who are willing to learn are welcome.
• Knowledge of social media marketing, content strategy, and analytics.
• Experience running Meta (Facebook & Instagram) or TikTok advertising campaigns is a plus.
