Duties and responsibilities
i) Pre-sales Technical Support
Communicate with customer regarding products and technologies, enhance customer satisfaction.
Collect and sort customer requirements, inquiries, complaints and other technical-related feedback, and submit complete and accurate information to R&D team in a timely manner. Follow up issue resolution until customer confirm case closure.
Follow up customer testing progress until tests are fully completed.
Take part in bidding procedures including RFI, RFP and RFQ.
Collaborate with sales teams to collect reference product information.
Assist customers with technical training, product demos, solution design and other technical exchanges.
ii) Testing
Coordinate with the R&D team to complete software and hardware tests in local network, and deliver prompt and precise test result.
iii) After-sales Service
Collect and sort customer requirements, inquiries and complaints in after sale stage, submit valid information to R&D and follow up issue resolution till it is closed.
iv) Other Assignments
Complete other relevant tasks assigned by the company.

Job Requirements
Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Communication Engineering, Electronic Information Engineering or related majors; solid grasp of basic principles of communication products.
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in ICT devices, familiarity with 4G/5G products and Wi-Fi routers is preferred.
Fluent in English(listening/speaking/reading/writing),familiarity with Chinese is preferred.
Good interpersonal communication and teamwork skills, competent for emergency response.

Education:

• S1 (Preferred)

Experience:

• 4G or 5G product /Router testing: 1 year (Required)

Language:

• English (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driving License (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Required)
