Job Description

As an Office Staff in the Marketing Division at PT Victory International Global, you will be responsible for supporting the daily administrative and operational activities of the marketing team. Your responsibilities include preparing and organizing marketing documents, maintaining customer and marketing data, preparing reports, coordinating marketing activities, and assisting the team in managing customer information and follow-ups. You will also support communication with customers and internal teams, assist with marketing campaigns and events, and ensure that marketing administration is completed accurately and on time. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, good communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively as part of a marketing team while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in marketing and business development.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Able to manage and organize customer and marketing data accurately.
• Good administrative and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work with deadlines.
• Able to communicate professionally with customers and colleagues.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• Proactive, responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn.
• Previous experience in marketing, customer service, or administration is an advantage.
