Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law with a minimum 2 years of experience in legal collections or litigation management.
• Strong knowledge of laws and regulations governing debt recovery and litigation procedures.
• Proven negotiation and dispute mediation skills, with a track record of successful outcomes.
• Exceptional analytical abilities to assess legal cases and develop actionable strategies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with various stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
• High attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining accurate documentation.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is required.
