Job Description: Data Entry and Customer Service RepresentativeOverview

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Entry and Customer Service Representative for our Army Surplus store, which offers military gear and apparel in Canada, the USA, and Dubai. In this long-term position, you will be the main point of contact for our customers, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed in a professional and timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat, providing accurate and helpful information.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries.
• Ensure all data entry tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and provide seamless service.
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members.
• Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and promotions to ensure accurate and consistent information is provided to customers.

Qualifications

• C1 English speakers.
• Proven customer service experience.
• Strong written communication skills in English.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy.
• Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Must be flexible with rotational shifts.
• Knowledge of excel.
• Must have a laptop, noise cancellation headset, and a reliable internet connection.
