Customer Relations StaffJob Overview

We are looking for a communicative, service-oriented, and relationship-driven individual to join our team as a Customer Relations Staff. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, providing professional consultations regarding the company's products and services, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the client journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively follow up with prospective clients through phone calls, chat platforms, and face-to-face meetings based on the company's provided database.
• Provide clear and professional information, consultation, and guidance regarding the company's products and services within the futures trading industry.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, requests, and concerns while providing appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to support client acquisition and business growth initiatives.
• Present the company's products, transaction mechanisms, and service advantages in a professional and persuasive manner.
• Identify client needs and recommend suitable products and services based on their objectives and requirements.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure clients receive a positive experience that fosters long-term business relationships.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of client communications, follow-up activities, and customer information.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Relations, Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or a related field.
• Professional appearance with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and target-driven environment.
• Quick learner, proactive, highly motivated, and capable of taking initiative.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to maintain long-term client relationships.
• Willing to work toward individual and team performance targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills are considered an advantage.
• Previous experience as a Sales Consultant, Account Executive, Telesales Representative, Relationship Officer, Client Acquisition Officer, or a similar role will be a strong advantage.
