Marketing Staff – Full-Time | South JakartaJob Description

We are seeking a communicative, creative, proactive, and target-oriented individual to join our team as a Marketing Staff. In this role, you will be responsible for executing marketing activities, developing promotional strategies, identifying and managing potential customers, and supporting the company’s business growth through various marketing and market development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing activities to increase brand awareness and generate new customer leads.
• Identify, contact, and develop prospects through various communication channels and marketing activities.
• Follow up on prospect databases provided by the company and other lead sources.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Professionally promote the company’s products and services to potential customers.
• Identify market needs and provide solutions that align with customer requirements.
• Assist in planning and implementing promotional programs, events, and marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support marketing activities and business development initiatives.
• Manage and update prospect and customer data accurately.
• Monitor market developments, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Support the achievement of marketing targets, customer acquisition goals, and overall business growth.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on marketing activities and results.

Qualifications

• Female, maximum 30 years old.
• Minimum education: Senior High School/Vocational High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Telemarketing, Telesales, Customer Relations, or related fields.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Creative, proactive, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
• Confident in communicating via phone calls, chats, social media, and face-to-face meetings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital marketing support platforms.
• Experience as a Marketing Staff, Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, Telemarketer, Telesales Representative, Account Executive, or Customer Relation Officer will be an advantage.
