Creative Designer Lead (Design & Social Media Video)

About the Role

We are looking for a Creative Lead who can bring ideas to life through strong visual design and engaging social media content.

This role combines creative direction, graphic design, and short-form video editing. You will play a key role in shaping brand storytelling across digital platforms — from campaigns and ads to daily social media content.

If you enjoy building brands, creating impactful visuals, and staying ahead of content trends, we want you on the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead creative direction for marketing campaigns and brand visuals
• Design digital creatives for:
• Social media posts
• Ads & promotions
• Website & e-commerce visuals
• EDMs and campaign materials
• Conceptualise and edit short-form videos for social media (Reels, TikTok, Ads)
• Work closely with marketing team on campaign ideas and storytelling
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms
• Stay updated on social media trends and content formats
• Manage creative timelines and deliverables

Requirements

• 3–5 years experience in graphic design / creative / content production
• Strong portfolio showcasing design + video editing
• Proficient in:
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Premiere Pro / CapCut / After Effects (or similar)
• Good understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Meta Ads)
• Strong visual storytelling and creative thinking skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, or lifestyle brands is a bonus

Preferred Skills

• Motion graphics or animation experience
• Content planning or campaign ideation
• Photography / videography knowledge
• Leadership or mentoring experience
