Customer Relation Staff – Full-Time | South JakartaJob Description

We are seeking a communicative, proactive, and target-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Relation Staff. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new potential clients, building strong relationships with prospects and active clients, providing information about the company’s products and services, and supporting business growth through client acquisition and relationship management activities.

Responsibilities

• Identify, contact, and develop new potential clients through various communication channels and marketing activities.
• Follow up on prospects generated from the company database and other sources.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Provide professional information and explanations regarding the company’s products and services.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Schedule consultations, presentations, and meetings with potential clients.
• Conduct regular communication to increase customer interest, trust, and loyalty.
• Coordinate with related teams to support client acquisition and development processes.
• Accurately document communication activities, prospect data, and client progress in the company system.
• Support the achievement of customer acquisition targets and business growth objectives.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports for management.

Qualifications

• Female, maximum 30 years old.
• Minimum education: Senior High School/Vocational High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in Customer Relations, Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Telemarketing, Telesales, Business Development, or related fields.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Confident in communicating via phone calls, chats, and face-to-face meetings.
• Proactive, disciplined, responsible, and highly motivated.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience as a Telesales Representative, Telemarketer, Relationship Officer, Sales Executive, Customer Relation Officer, or Account Executive will be an advantage.
