The position works closely with customers, sales teams, and regional technical teams. This is not a sales role, but a hands-on technical role with strong customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support to customers and sales teams for silica products Conduct application testing, lab work, and customer trials Visit customer sites and support product performance improvement Prepare and present technical reports and presentations Deliver technical training to customers, distributors, and internal teams Support regional technical and supply chain projects Attend customer trials, conferences, and technical events Ensure all activities follow safety and risk assessment standards

Requirements

Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Polymer Science, or related field (preferred) Up to 10 years of experience in technical, application, R&D, or technical marketing roles Strong experience in Paint & Coatings applications Experience in Pharma, Personal Care, or Adsorbents is an advantage Hands-on experience with formulation, application lab, or technical service Fluent in English (written & spoken) Willing to travel frequently within Asia Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
