Hi everyone, #bahasaglobal is a fast growing young company providing event organizing, interpretation, translation, and communication-based services to a rapidly growing number of domestic and international clients. We need new people to fill in a permanent position as an Event Admin Assistant.
The applicants must be able to:
- Prepare quotations.
- Check emails and replying to emails.
- Be responsible for all project/event related administrative matters
- Manage the completeness and deliverable of an event together with the Project Team.
- Liaise with clients, talents, and vendors.
- Having experience or passionate in organizing events is an advantage.
- Knowledge and familiarity with Zoom application is an added value.
Requirement:
- Have a an experience in the MICE industry and or have a degree in MICE.
- Minimum of 2 Years of Event Organizing experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organisational skills, follow-through, and attention to details, must be dependable, proactive and prompt.
- Able to work using English language and all correspondence and working papers will be in English.
- Good interpersonal and public speaking.
- Ability to work in a team and working independently is required.
- Willing to commute to our office in Duren Sawit, East Jakarta.
Our office is located in a residential complex in Duren Sawit, East Jakarta. This is a full-time from-office work arrangement. Please be mindful of the commuting.
