Who We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree and / or supply chain preferred
• Minimum 3 years in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Sales support
• SAP, Customer service, order management, M/S office
• Technical & Professional Knowledge: Knowledge of Order Processes / Supply Chain
• Management preferred, good understanding of the products/services of relevant business segments and functions at sub-regional level, Service excellence competencies

• Customer centric mindset, and demonstrate customer engagement
• Effective communication skills
• Problem solving and critical thinking
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Multitasking and time management
• Team player and collaboration
• Strong organization skill and familiar with order management tools
• Resilience and ability to work under pressure
