Job Opening: Industrial Engineer / Process Engineer – Semi-Automated Wooden Resort Manufacturing

Location: Pasuruan, East Java

Lodging & Benefit : Provided

Industry: Semi-automated manufacturing (wood-based resort structures)

Team: Small, collaborative, and hands-on

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Process Engineer with strong expertise in designing and optimizing manufacturing systems. This role involves hands-on process development and continuous improvement in a wood-based resort manufacturing environment where high precision is essential.

Qualifications:

✅ Bachelor's degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering / Process Engineering

Preferably a Master’s degree (S2) in Industrial Engineering

✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in:

· Production Systems

· Industrial Simulation & Systems

· Quality Engineering

· Ergonomics & Work System Design

✅ Proficiency in English (written and spoken)

✅ Highly detail-oriented, with strong accuracy and precision

Must be capable of working with millimeter-level tolerances in wood joinery

Preferred Industry Background (Bonus):

· Steel processing

· Wood processing / woodworking industry

Required Technical Skills:

· AutoCAD

· Semi-automation processes

· Production Planning & Inventory Control

· Facility Layout Design

· Manufacturing Process Optimization

Preferably from University’s Faculty of Industrial Technology specializing in process engineering.
