About the Role

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our client's Design & Projects team, supporting multiple F&B and lifestyle brands.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing creative concepts, branding, marketing materials, and visual content across different projects. You will work closely with Marketing, Operations, and other teams to create designs that are visually strong, consistent, and aligned with each brand's objectives.

This is a great opportunity for a designer who enjoys working on different brands, creative campaigns, branding projects, and both digital and print materials.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop creative concepts and visual designs for multiple brands and campaigns
• Create logos, brand identities, brand guidelines, and corporate branding materials
• Design marketing materials including Social media content, Advertisements, Packaging, Menus, Promotional materials, Digital assets, Print materials
• Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements
• Present design concepts, mock-ups, and visual presentations for review and approval
• Ensure consistent application of brand identity across different platforms and materials
• Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards
• Coordinate with printing/production vendors and external partners to ensure designs are executed correctly
• Review final artwork and production materials before release
• Keep up with current design trends, creative technologies, and industry developments
• Contribute creative and strategic design ideas to support brand awareness and engagement

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia Design, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience
• Experience working in a creative agency or similar environment with multiple clients or brands is preferred
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in Branding, Logo Design, Visual Identity, Marketing Collateral, Digital & Social Media Design, Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign
• Experience with both digital design and print production
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual communication
• Able to manage multiple projects and work within tight deadlines
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with different teams
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia
