High-end and self-brand hospitality Indonesian company consisting of multi internationally awarded resorts spread across Indonesia is looking for an experienced, highly motivated General Manager.

Ideal candidate will lead, work with, and develop a highly motivated and passionate team to provide exceptional guest experience and top-notch hospitality service – to continuously meet and exceed the highest possible standards, while overseeing a smooth running of the resorts’ operations ensuring that the resorts’ objectives are met and maintained at all times through maximizing occupancy, revenue, profitability, as well as maintaining and building on the reputation of the resorts.

Candidate must be operationally hands-on, business-oriented, and an excellent communicator. The candidate must also be a real team player, while being able to adapt, troubleshoot, and take charge in a variety of situations, including in respect of the following:

- Planning, implementing, and managing overall resort daily operations

- Conducting resort budgeting and financial planning

- Innovating, planning, and organizing resort activities to drive sales

- Managing and monitoring resort expenses

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with visitors and clients

- Evaluating staff performance

- Ensuring safety and adherence to rules and regulations

The candidate must also possess the following:

- Excellent customer service skills

- Great decision making and problems solving skills

- Good leadership skills

- Strong ability to motivate staff

- Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or relevant field is preferred

- Experience as General Manager / Resort Manager / Hotel Manager for more than 5 years.
