We are seeking a results-driven Seller Acquisition & Management Specialist to lead our merchant onboarding and growth operation in the tech company in collectibles market. You will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding high-quality sellers to build a vibrant and trusted marketplace. This is a critical role for our cold-start phase, directly impacting our sales trajectory and seller growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Seller Acquisition & Business Development

• Identify and target high-potential seller segments: offline and online sellers.
• Execute end-to-end seller recruitment: outreach, negotiation, and onboarding
• Build and maintain a robust seller pipeline to achieve monthly onboarding targets
• Develop creative acquisition strategies to penetrate the fragmented collectibles market

2. Seller Onboarding & Enablement

• Design and execute a streamlined seller onboarding process, including account setup, listing optimization, and platform training
• Create seller education materials (guides, tutorials, best practices) to help sellers succeed on our platform
• Conduct regular seller training sessions (online and offline) on live streaming sales, product photography, pricing strategies, and customer service

3. Seller Operations & Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key sellers, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
• Monitor seller performance metrics (GMV, listing count, conversion rate, cancellation rate) and provide data-driven feedback
• Proactively identify and resolve seller issues related to payments, logistics, platform policies, and technical problems
• Collect seller feedback to inform product roadmap and platform improvements

4. Marketplace Health & Quality Control

• Ensure seller compliance with platform policies, including product authenticity, listing standards, and customer service requirements
• Work closely with the trust & safety team to maintain marketplace integrity
• Implement seller rating and review systems to drive quality improvements

5. Market Intelligence

• Conduct ongoing market research on the Indonesian collectibles ecosystem, competitor analysis, and industry trends
• Identify emerging categories and seller opportunities to expand our marketplace
• Track competitor seller acquisition strategies and benchmark our performance

Qualifications & Requirements

Must Have:

• 3-5 years of experience in seller acquisition, business development, or seller management in e-commerce, marketplaces, or social commerce
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding seller acquisition and GMV targets
• Deep understanding of the Indonesian e-commerce landscape and seller ecosystem
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to drive decisions
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
• Willingness to travel within Indonesia for offline seller meetings and events

Nice to Have:

• Existing network and relationships within the Indonesian collectibles/hobby community (TCG, toys, comics, sneakers)
• Experience with live commerce or social commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, Lazada Live)
• Background in the collectibles, hobby, or lifestyle retail industry
• Experience in early-stage startups or marketplace cold-start phases
