Job Summary

We are looking for a Production Leader to supervise and coordinate daily production activities, ensuring production targets, product quality, safety standards, and operational procedures are consistently achieved.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, good problem-solving abilities, and experience working in a manufacturing/production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities and production operators.
• Ensure production targets are achieved according to the established schedule.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with SOP, work instructions, and quality standards.
• Assign tasks and manage manpower according to production requirements.
• Monitor employee attendance, discipline, productivity, and work performance.
• Identify and resolve production problems and escalate issues when necessary.
• Coordinate with QC, Engineering, Warehouse, and other departments to ensure smooth production operations.
• Monitor the use of raw materials, equipment, and production resources.
• Ensure production areas maintain proper 5S, cleanliness, safety, and workplace standards.
• Prepare and maintain production reports and records.
• Provide guidance, training, and feedback to production operators.
• Support continuous improvement activities to improve productivity, efficiency, and product quality.
• Ensure all production activities comply with company policies and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Production Leader/Supervisor or in a similar manufacturing position.
• Experience in a manufacturing/production environment is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Able to work under pressure and meet production targets.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Familiar with SOP, 5S, quality control, and production processes.
• Able to use Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Willing to work in shifts if required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with production KPI/target monitoring.
• Experience coordinating with QC/QA and Engineering teams.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or continuous improvement is an advantage.
• Experience managing a team of production operators.
