About the Challenge

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for inventory and customer service? Do you enjoy working with data, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring customers get the right spare parts at the right time? If being part of Honda Jambi’s aftersales excellence excites you, this role is for you!

As a Sparepart Staff at Honda Jambi, you will be responsible for managing spare parts inventory, ensuring stock availability, and supporting both internal teams and customers with accurate and timely service.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or related fields.

• Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years of experience in automotive spare parts or warehouse operations is an advantage.

• Good knowledge of basic inventory management and administration.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Office and willingness to learn dealer systems.

• Strong accuracy, communication skills, and teamwork spirit.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily spare part stock transactions (incoming, outgoing, and returns).

• Ensure accuracy of stock records and report discrepancies immediately.

• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, and workshop teams for spare part needs.

• Provide customer service for counter spare part sales.

• Prepare regular stock reports and support periodic stock opname.
